Booking and Payments
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us via email, text, or in-app notification.

Liability

Vehicle Condition and Conduct
• Vehicle Condition: We maintain our vehicles in a safe and clean condition. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of minor issues. If you notice any safety concerns, please report them to the driver or customer support immediately.
• Passenger Conduct: You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your ride. Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws during the trip. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Driver Conduct and Responsibility
Our drivers are trained to provide a safe and pleasant experience. If you have any concerns about the driver’s behavior or the quality of service, please report it to us immediately. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of Philippine law.
